This restriction applies across all channels, including social media, review platforms, and online forums. Nothing herein prevents either party from making truthful statements in connection with legal proceedings or regulatory investigations.

In the event that a client fails to remit payment or maintain active billing details, Bebran Digital reserves the right to immediately pause active campaigns, ad management, or client dashboard access until the default is fully cured, without waiving any other legal remedies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US federal and state law, Bebran Digital warrants that marketing services will be performed with professional diligence, but disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of Bebran Digital exceed the total monthly fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Bebran Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business profits or business interruption.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, widespread utility or internet failures, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Entire Agreement & Severability
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
